About IDCA

In the name of Allah!

The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.

Welcome to “IDCA” The Islamic Dawah Centre of Australia.

IDCA’s primary focus is to offer salvation through the Qur’an and Sunnah by the commitment to deliver a non-profit organisation that will nurture the authentic understanding of Islam through the wider community.

To propagate the word of Allah as it is stated in the Qur’an:

“Invite all to the way of your Rab with wisdom and beautiful preaching,
and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious,
for your Rab knows best who have strayed from his path,
and he is the best aware of those who receive guidance.
(Chapter “Of The Bee” 16 verse 125)

To achieve our goal, our objectives of:
  • Upholding Honesty, Integrity and Moral Ethics,
  • Providing Youth Counselling and Support,
  • Co-ordinate Sport & Recreational Activities, and
  • Conduct Social, Cultural & Religious Education.

 We will succeed by the grace of Allah through the implementation of structured programs.

As the population of this planet continues to stray further and further into disbelief we must hold onto the rope of Salvation, educate ourselves, educate our family and try to be a better example to inshallah, guide the human race back to salvation.

The Quran states:

All together hold fast the rope of Allah and be not divided among yourselves.
Remember Allah's favours upon you when you were enemies;
He united your hearts, so by His favour you became brethren;
You were at the brink of the fiery pit and He saved you from it.
Thus Allah makes His revelations clear to you, so that you may be rightly guided.

(Chapter 3 Ali Imran Verse 103)

In the wake of all the media and unfavourable publicity the community (our Ummah) and us as individuals are place further under scrutiny and test, therefore it has become now more important then ever to reflect on ourselves and re-assess what image we portrait.

In the Hadith narrated by AbuUmayah, The Prophet “PBUH” said: I guarantee a house in the surroundings of Paradise for a man who avoids quarrelling even if he were in the right, a house in the middle of Paradise for a man who avoids lying even if he were joking, and a house in the upper part of Paradise for a man who made his character good. (Abu Dawood)

Remember it is much simpler to change yourselves so please let’s not look at other and judge them, let’s look at ourselves first and make the necessary changes so that we may walk with dignity and uphold the characteristics of a Muslim.
